BIOGRAPHY
Alceste Venturini is an Associate Director of LeighFisher and has 20 years of transportation planning experience, with emphasis on airport and aviation planning, and structuring of airport privatizations, concessions, and public-private partnerships. Venturini is a civil engineer with B.S. and M.S. from Virginia Tech, and has broad experience in airport strategic planning, airport land use and master development planning, airport detailed planning and design, and management and operations of airports. Venturini manages airport projects in the Latin American and Caribbean region and supports projects at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. His most recent assignments in the LAC region were in Ecuador, Brazil, Panama, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and Bolivia.
Venturini worked for a major leading Italian construction firm and as an independent transportation consultant for several multilateral and bilateral funding and cooperation organizations. He is Fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese.
