Evan Acosta is the General Manager of Banco Pichincha C.A. – Miami Agency. The Agency’s main purpose and activity has been the financing of trade-related transactions originated between Latin America and the United States. He holds an M.A. from the School of Foreign Service at Washington’s prestigious Georgetown University and has enjoyed a long career in the financial sector, having joined Banco Pichincha in 1986 after five years with Barclays Bank. Mr. Acosta is a director of the New York-based Ecuadorean American Association, a volunteer organization founded in 1932 to “promote greater knowledge and understanding of the economic, financial and political climate of Ecuador and to promote commercial and cultural relations and goodwill among the people of the two nations.”
