Chevron has a 28.3% non-operated working interest in a PSC for the production of natural gas from the Yadana and Sein fields within blocks M5 and M6 in the Andaman Sea. The PSC expires in 2028. The company also has a 28.3% non-operated working interest in a pipeline company that transports the natural gas to the Myanmar-Thailand border, most for delivery to power plants in Thailand; the remainder is dedicated to the Myanmar market. Net daily natural gas production during 2012 averaged 94 million cubic feet. In 2012, the drilling of one infill well to maintain plateau production was completed, and the timing of drilling a second infill well is being evaluated. A 3-D seismic survey for block M6 started in 2012 and was completed in early 2013.
