BIOGRAPHY

Santiago Gilfond is a managing director of Credit Suisse in the Global Markets Solutions group within the Investment Banking division, based in New York. He has responsibility for heading up the bank’s equity capital markets origination efforts in the global industrial and services sectors in the Americas.

Mr. Gilfond joined Credit Suisse First Boston in 1993 and has worked in the Equity Capital Markets group in New York since 1995, originating and executing a variety of equity and equity-linked transactions for both U.S. and international issuers. Prior to that, Mr. Gilfond worked in the International Corporate Finance group within Investment Banking.

Mr. Gilfond received a bachelor’s degree with honors from Haverford College.
